Two robbers picked the wrong bar to rob late last month in Australia. Inside the bar was a biker gang. One of the robbers ended up hog-tied and in a hospital. The men wore ski masks and had machetes. They told the people in the bar to lie down as they tried to rob the cash register. In another room of the bar, about 50 members of the Southern Cross Cruiser Club were having a club meeting. The bikers jumped up to stop the robbers. One robber escaped by jumping over a balcony. The other tried to run through a service entrance, said the club's president, Jester. "We caught him at the fence, crash-tackled him and hog-tied him to the ground," Jester said. Police captured the other suspect nearby. "I don't think he did his homework very well," Jester said of the ringleader. "He picked the wrong night." (STAFF WRITER, WITH AP)
