There are a lot of fitness DVDs, but one stands out from the rest. Its presenter, Leanne Grose of Cornwall, England, is an amputee. She instructs and does the exercises from her wheelchair.

Grose, 26, was a fit teenager who played many sports. But in 2001 a tumor was discovered on her foot. She had an operation to remove the foot. Later, she had more of her leg removed - all the way up past her knee.

Through it all Grose stayed positive. "I have always had the attitude that what doesn't kill you makes you stronger," she says.

As an active person, Grose wanted to find workouts for people in wheelchairs. But she didn't find anything. So she made the Chair Workout DVD.

The DVD takes viewers through stretching and strengthening moves. It even has a fun disco section with John Travolta moves.

Grose said she hopes the DVD "will make everybody rethink what being in a wheelchair really means."
