"Hey, wake up sleepy head!" Kathleen's yell startled Mark and made his heart race. Before she even finished her sentence, Mark was sitting straight up in bed.
"What's wrong?!" he asked in confusion.
"Nothing's wrong," Kathleen laughed. "You just fell asleep on the couch while we were watching TV."
"Oh." Mark rubbed his eyes. "I was dreaming that we were on TV. We were on a variety show."
"Hmm ... that gives me an idea," Kathleen said.
"I don't like when you get ideas," Mark mumbled.
Kathleen giggled. "Let's go, follow me!" she quickly dragged Mark off the sofa.
Kathleen led Mark towards a TV studio. On the way, she called a friend who worked there on her cell phone.
"Everything will be ready when we get there," Kathleen assured Mark as they neared the studio. Mark did not feel assured.
When they got to the front doors, a TV crew met them and pulled them back to a make up room.
"What kind of show are we going on?" Mark asked as a staff member sat him at a dresser. "Who is the host?"
"The best show on television," Kathleen said before the staff dragged them to a curtain . . .

Mullet roe is a highly-priced delicacy typically served during special occasions like wedding banquets or Chinese New Year’s dinners, where families come together in celebration. The mullet roe can be prepared in various ways. It is usually pan-fried but can also be roasted or torched. To cook a pan-fried mullet roe, soak it in liquor or wine and peel off its membrane. Then, it is browned over a low fire and turned several times. Finally, the fried mullet roe is cut diagonally and is ready to be served. This dish is usually served with garlic scapes and daikon slices, but
