Everybody knows that exercise is good for you. When you think of exercise, you probably think of people going to the gym to work out or playing sports like soccer and basketball. You might even think of push-ups, sit-ups and aerobics classes.
But dancing?
Doctors in England will start prescribing fun activities like dancing, jumping on a trampoline or even walking classes.

The doctors won't pay for your cha-cha lessons, though.
That might sound crazy, but doctors like Caroline Flint believe this is an important way to get people working out.
Not everyone wants to spend special time going to a gym. And if you tell people to do something fun, like dancing, they are more likely to do it.
Any exercise is good for you, so doctors hope giving people this kind of advice will help old, unhealthy and overweight people work out more.
So put on your dancing shoes and get moving!

人人都知道跳舞有益健康,想到運動,你可能會想到有人上健身房,或者從事打棒球和踢足球等運動,甚至是伏地挺身、仰臥起坐和有氧課程。
跳舞呢?
英國醫生將開始開立一些有趣的活動做為處方,像是舞蹈、彈跳動作、或甚至步行課程。
不過醫生可不會掏腰包支付你的恰恰舞課程。
這聽起來有點瘋狂,卡洛琳?弗林特醫師等人認為這是讓大眾動起來的重要途徑。
不是每個人都想要花額外的時間上健身房,但如果你叫他們去做一些有趣的事,例如跳舞,他們就會比較願意做。
任何一種運動都對你有益,所以醫生希望提供這樣的建議,幫助年長、體弱和過重的民眾多多運動。
所以穿上你的舞鞋,開始動一動吧!
