Meet Kathleen the mouse and Mark the elephant. Kathleen is very brave and likes adventure, but Mark is very shy and scared of many things. But friends stay together, so Mark follows Kathleen wherever she goes. Sometimes they get into some very sticky situations.
Trip to Thailand, Part One 泰國之旅一
"We're finally here!" Kathleen yelled as she and Mark stepped off the plane. "I can't believe it!"
Mark looked around nervously. "This airport sure is big," he said.
"Huge!" Kathleen agreed. "It just opened last week! This is so cool."
Mark smiled a little. "Yeah," he said. "Cool. So where do we go now?"
"We just have to get our luggage," Kathleen explained. "And then, it's just us and Bangkok!"
"Okay then," Mark said. "Let's do it."
Mark and Kathleen made their way toward baggage claim, with Kathleen skipping ahead excitedly. "I think I see our bags," she yelled, jumping up and down. "Hurry, Mark! Go get them!"
Mark moved quickly to the baggage carousel and spotted their big black suitcases. "Got 'em," he called, pulling them onto the floor. "Let's go!"
They wheeled their suitcases out to the sidewalk, where they got into a taxi and sped off to the hotel.
"Phew!" Kathleen said. "I'm tired from all that traveling. I can't wait to take a shower and put on some clean clothes."
"Me neither," Mark agreed.
At the hotel, Kathleen immediately put her suitcase on the floor and opened it. "Mark?!?" she yelled, her voice filled with panic. "Mark, this isn't my suitcase!!!"
