Can you tell what the man in this picture is doing? He's covered in mud, but that isn't an accident.
If you got mud all over yourself, what would you do? You'd probably feel very dirty. You might even run to take a shower to wash all the mud off.
This man isn't going anywhere. He covered himself in mud on purpose.
The mud this man is lying in can actually be good for you. Inside the mud and water there are important minerals, which are things that keep your body as healthy as it can be.
Because of these minerals, many people like to cover themselves in the mud, or swim in and drink the water that comes out of the mud.
This might sound strange, but many cultures around the world do it. There are even some places in the world where people eat dirt to get enough minerals in their body.
Of course, many times this is more dangerous than healthy. Humans make a lot of pollution, and the pollution leaks into the ground, water and air, so the mud might not help after all.
