What does a kiss mean to you? Most people kiss their friends and family to show that they care about them, but a kiss can mean different things in different places.
Some people don't use their lips to kiss. In really cold places, sometimes people rub their noses together instead of kissing with their lips. In other places, people kiss by putting their faces together and blinking really fast. In some countries, people don't kiss at all.
There are some people who really like to kiss. There are even contests to see which two people can kiss the longest. In 1999, two people in Israel kissed for 30 hours and 45 minutes without stopping. That was the longest kiss in the world. (Marc Langer, staff writer)
