That is exactly what the people in this picture are doing. These people live in India, and they are celebrating a holiday called Holi.
Color is a very important part of Holi. Holi celebrates spring, which is a season that is full of color. An important part of celebrating a holiday is putting up decorations. Every year on Holi, people also mix colored powder with water and put it on each other.
Kids have a lot of fun on Holi because they get to get messy. But as you can see, it isn't just a holiday for kids. On Holi, adults like getting messy too!
