No, those aren't clothes. He is covered by thousands of bees. He has covered himself in sugar so that the bees will land on him. Most people would be scared that all those bees would sting them, but this man is a bee farmer and knows that he has nothing to be afraid of.
Bees will not sting you unless you make them angry. The bees in this picture get to eat the sugar on the man, so they are happy.
The man is happy too, because he makes money by selling the honey that the bees make. The only problem is, how will he get all of the bees off of him?
