Palestinians gather to inspect the damage caused by an Israeli air strike on Hamas-run interior ministry offices in Gaza City on Friday. The derelict local offices of the ministry had been vacant since the building was severely damaged in a July 2006 air strike, but it is situated in the heart of a residential neighborhood.
