Matsu is Everywhere

Two men are dressed up as two of the ``eight generals'' that are a traditional part of the annual Matsu tour during an event in Taipei yesterday. The event, which introduced the Tachia Matsu International Tourism and Cultural Festival, was also aimed at giving people in general a better understanding of Matsu.Mar 31, 2005
