Autumn colors
A dance troupe yesterday performs a traditional dance at the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications introducing the Toucheng Sacrifice Festival, which after a seven-year hiatus will be organized by the Ilan County Government in Niaoshi Harbor in Ilan County from Sept. 11 to 13.
