Determined Team

Members of the Taipei City Government's Department of Labor ``Dragon Boat team for the disabled'' practice yesterday on the Tachia section of the Keelung River. The team, whose members suffer from physical or other disabilities, have vowed to beat the city government team led by Mayor Ma Ying-jeou once again. They have beaten Ma's team for the past three years.Jun 06, 2004
