Warm welcome

Khaldon Kh-Thiab -- a 12-year-old Iraqi boy who lost his right hand and left foot during the US bombing of Iraq -- yesterday waves to the media during a press conference at Taipei's Far Eastern Plaza Hotel. The boy arrived in Taiwan late Monday to receive free medical treatment.
