Jen Chi's SARS victory
A group of nurses yesterday cheers the reopening ceremony of the Jen Chi Hospital, which was shut down for over a month due to serious hospital transmission of SARS. In order to attract business, the private hospital in Taipei's Wanhua District also announced it will not charge registration fees this year.
