Activists greeting Chinese tourists

A BEGINNING While most Chinese refused to grab a flyer, some did and gave it a quick read. Some made comments, but were told by their wives not to talk too much

“Most Chinese are not bad people, what’s bad is their government and this is a good opportunity for them to see the truth about Tibet,” she said in English. “I don’t feel frustrated because when we go out, we don’t always take flyers that are handed out to us either.”

The action will continue today from 2pm until 5pm in front of Taipei 101.
