Pan-blue camp keeps up defiance

KMT Legislator Lwo Shih-hsiung (羅世雄) who represents a constituency in Kaohsiung City, said he participated in the rally because of the party order.

"Although there are different voices among the grassroots [with regard to staging the event], I thought I had better come since it is a `class-A mobilization' event," Lwo said.

KMT Legislator Cho Po-yuan (卓伯源), also at the rally yesterday, said many pan-blue supporters in southern and central Taiwan had doubts about the party's persistent moves to hold protest rallies.

Despite the mobilization order, several KMT lawmakers, including Hsu Chung-hsiung (徐中雄), did not show up at the rally.
