Probably the highlight of the summit was the Central American Coffee Carnival held last night at CKS Memorial Hall, where the seven heads of state each lit a sky lantern -- symbolizing prosperity and good fortune.
While Lee clapped along to a salsa beat performed by bands from the Central American region, members of the public sipped free cups of coffee.
Lee said the island's friendship with the seven Central American countries is like the coffee from the region -- "strong and aromatic, and good to the last drop."
