    Today, the fifth annual Compass Taichung International Food and Music Festival will be held in a new venue that has allowed organizers to more than double the number of booths at the event.     CORRECTION

    In a phone conversation yesterday afternoon, the Taipei Arts International Association (TAIA) informed the Taipei Times that Needcompany, which was to perform Isabella's Room last night and tonight at the National Theater, had canceled the Taipei leg of its Asian tour.
