Legacy Taipei, located in a former warehouse at Huashan 1914 Creative Park (華山1914), hosts top Taiwanese pop performers and international acts. It is the eighth edition of Back To Spin party tonight featuring a troupe of DJs and headlining singer-songwriter Faith Yang (楊乃文). Japanese visual kei band D=Out performs on Sunday.

Tonight’s spotlight is on Kaohsiung punkers Combine (抗敗樂團) and Yidiansheng (一點生) at The Wall (這牆), Taipei’s most prominent venue for indie rock artists. Ling Tosite Sigure, an indie rock trio from Japan, arrives tomorrow. Sunday’s show features psychedelic rock act Obviously (顯然樂隊) and electronic folk group Neurosiser. Punk group Destroyers (擊沈女孩), disco/post-punk outfit New Sunglasses (新墨鏡) and hard rock act Who Are You (隱藏人物) appear on Wednesday, and it is garage rockers Bowztiger (包子虎樂團), Super Tortoise (超級龜) and four-piece boy band Bison Country (必順鄉村) on Thursday.

Indie rock club Revolver hosts Italian hardcore band Traces of You, Taiwan’s hardcore/metal act Human Brutality (人類暴行) and Hateful Rezpect tonight. Blues/swing combo Sugar Lady and Japan’s Soul of Liberty play tomorrow. Electronic duo Orientone (大聲東) mixes Oriental music traditions with electronic sounds on Wednesday, with Salamader (沙羅曼蛇) also playing. Thursday’s lineup is formed by post-hardcore act Seeking the Ocean, heavy metal band Xenophobia and alternative rock band 3.D.B (參噸半樂團).
