Robert Burck, a street performer known as the ``Naked Cowboy,'' sings in Times Square in New York as a snow storm hits the city. Come rain or shine, he stands in Times Square, strumming his guitar and croaking out a tune, almost naked except for cowboy boots, hat and the tight white briefs which occasionally reveal his politics.Jun 05, 2003
