Time: Today, tomorrow and Sunday. Performances will take place on nine stages at Oluanpi Lighthouse National Park, beginning at 2pm today and around noon tomorrow and Sunday. Performances finish around midnight. A complete schedule is available on Spring Scream¡¦s Web site but as always is subject to change
Tickets: NT$1,600 three-day passes and NT$1,000 one-day passes are available at the entrance. Single-day passes can also be purchased at Hi-Life Life-ET ticket kiosks and at FamilyMart ticket kiosks for NT$900. Transportation: Seats on express buses from Taipei to Spring Scream are sold out. As of press time, a limited number of seats were available on buses returning to Taipei from Spring Scream on Sunday. Departing buses board at 5:45pm and 8pm on Sunday at Oluanpi Lighthouse National Park, downtown Kenting and Hengchun Airport and arrive in Taipei at The Wall, at B1, 200, Roosevelt Rd Sec 4, Taipei (¥x¥_¥«Ã¹´µºÖ¸ô¥|¬q200¸¹B1). Other buses and air travel: Bus companies and airlines offer daily service to Kaohsiung. Airlines fly to Hengchun a few days each week. The Taiwan High Speed Rail Co offers service to Zuoying in Kaohsiung and the Taiwan Railway Administration offers service to Kaohsiung. Seats are limited as Spring Scream coincides with the long weekend created by the Tomb Sweeping Day holiday. Those arriving in Kaohsiung can catch local buses to Hengchun, then take Spring Scream shuttle buses to the venue (see below)
Shuttle bus: Spring Scream shuttle buses will run all day today, tomorrow and Sunday between Kenting and Oluanpi. The shuttle bus stops across the street from the Howard Hotel (ºÖµØ¶º©±) on Kenting Street (¾Á¤B¤jµó) in Kenting and at the Oluanpi Lighthouse National Park parking lot
Accommodations: Camping spaces are available at Oluanpi Lighthouse National Park. The campground has running water, showers, toilets, trees for shade and soft grass. Campers must bring their own tents and sleeping bags. All campers (all persons occupying a tent) must have a three-day Spring Scream pass. A tent permit is required for each tent (not each camper). NT$1,000 tent permits can be purchased at the Spring Scream entrance. It is not necessary to make reservations for tents. Hotels rooms are available in the Kenting and Hengchun areas at holiday-level prices
Other activities: There will be an air guitar contest and a film festival
co-produced by the Urban Nomad film festival. Recommended beaches in the area include South Bay («nÆW), Hsiao Wan (¤pÆW) and Jialeshuei (¨Î¼Ö¤ô)
