The hotel has recently completed a lavish renovation of the hotel's Brasserie restaurant so that its wide array of dishes is served in a lively, bright, open space. Each style of food is separated into specific sections related to regional variety.
At the top of the hotel are two floors called the Tai Pan wing that constitute the VIP area of the hotel, with especially fine architectural design and complete business facilities in each room. Here is where the hotel's presidential suite is located, which recently hosted Michael Jordan, on his promotional trip to Taipei.
"With the VIP floors, the spa and the various restaurants, we aim to offer 360-degree service for guests. That's what our job is. When I see a pleased guest, that is the most rewarding," Giraudo said.
