After the two performances in Taipei, Ma and the Silk Road Ensemble will play various limited engagements, mostly in the US, leading up to a series of Silk Road festivals to be held from late summer through the spring of 2002. Most of the shows will be held in Europe and North America, but the group will make an extensive tour through Central Asia in October.
