Because of the Lunar New Year holiday, from Sunday, Feb. 10, through Sunday, Feb. 17, the Taipei Times will have a reduced format. The paper will return to its usual format on Monday, Feb. 18, when our regular page 8 editorials and opinion pieces will also be resumed.
