    Letter: Lower case matters

    By Friedrich Lu

    Thursday, Mar 22, 2007, Page 8

Many Chinese scoff at Taiwan for what they see as an attempt to launch a Cultural Revolution. (Note the capitalization of each word, making it a proper name).

The title "Cultural revolution," however, comes from a report in the Economist, but the magazine does not use it as a proper name, as it puts the first letter of "revolution" in lower case.
