Editorial: WTO can't ignore Strait concerns

Such scenarios, though here only theoretical, are not out of the question. In fact, given China's propensity to sign international agreements which it then flouts, they are more than likely. But it is highly doubtful that the WTO has thought in any way about how the political dynamics of cross-strait relations might negatively impact the organization's functioning. We hope in the next few months they are given some serious consideration.
