Editorial: No cause for congratulations

"Order amid chaos" was the description used by speaker Wang Jin-pyng (王金平) in defense of what was happening in the Legislative Yuan. But the people of Taiwan can hardly accept the assumption that the mess in their legislature is normal. If our lawmakers do not come up with better procedures, then the legislature elected in the year-end polls will certainly face even more chaos.
