TWA to pay US$2.6 million to settle sexual harassment suit

The women at the airline say they endured sexual harassment that included groping, verbal abuse and even being offered as sexual partners to pilots

Robert Lipman, a lawyer with Lipman & Plesur who represented the women in their individual lawsuits, said that the airline did nothing about repeated complaints brought to several levels of management before the lawsuit was filed.
