BACK IN BUSINESS
Trucks loaded with timber yesterday stop near a cargo ship at Yangon harbor in Myanmar. The World Bank and Asian Development Bank have restarted lending to Myanmar after it cleared about US$900 million of arrears to the banks. The arrears were paid via a bridge loan from the Japan Bank for International Cooperation approved by the Japanese government, a World Bank spokesman said.Jan 30, 2013
