Migrant harvesters yesterday work on a paddy in Sundarijal Village on the outskirts of Kathmandu, Nepal. Hundreds of harvesters from villages of eastern Nepal arrive each year in the capital to work on the paddies. Nepal is a landlocked country, so agriculture remains its principal economic activity.
