X MARKS THE SPORT
A staffer at sporting goods supplier Adidas Japan displays its new material, ``Fabric X,'' for manufacturing sports wear during a media preview in Tokyo yesterday. Fabric X employs new technology that makes it highly water-absorbent, quick drying and lightweight. It will be used in the new official uniform of the Japan national soccer team for the upcoming Asian preliminary matches of the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
