A woman yesterday holds a new type of lettuce, known as butterhead or Boston lettuce, cultivated as part of a project in Chiayi County to advance Taiwan's agricultural technology. With its large size and beautiful shape, the lettuce resembles a bouquet of flowers and is being marketed as a possible gift for Valentine's Day tomorrow.Feb 13, 2006
