101 reasons to seek legal protection
Taipei Financial Center Corp public relations officer Hsieh Wen yesterday holds an umbrella illegally branded with the ''Taipei 101'' logo. Hsieh said that the company has registered a trademark with the Intellectual Property Office and that use of the trademark on advertising, products and souvenirs requires licensing. He also said that most unauthorized use of images of the building occur in real estate advertising.
