Hidden pork threat

Wu Cheng-hsuel, an ombudsman of the Consumer Protection Commission, announces the results of testing done on a random sampling of 20 kinds of local beef jerky yesterday. Wu said that ``pork protein'' was detected in three of the products marked ``beef.'' The three brands are Black Bridge Foods, Bee Cheng Hsang, and Te Chang Foods Cooperation.Jan 21, 2006
