Daisuke Inoue, known as inventor of karaoke, stands in front of his 2004 Ig Nobel peace prize, awarded from Harvard-affiliated science humor magazine the ``Annals of Improbable Research,'' at his office in Nishinomiya city near Osaka, Japan, Tuesday.
