Teach a man to fish ...
A Tiwa tribesman with his fishing gear makes his way to join in on community fishing, near Guwahati city, the capital of Assam in the northeastern part of India on Friday. Assam is the most severely affected flood prone state in India, where floods kill hundreds of people every year. But after the floodwater dries out, the area gives ample opportunities to the flood-affected people for fishing. During this dry season, villagers come out in groups for fishing. Fish is a staple food among the people of this part of India.Feb 01, 2004
