Degrees of importance
A thermal imaging temperature scanner developed by Taiwan's official Industrial Technology Research Institute is displayed at the four-day electronics equipment and parts exhibition in Taipei, yesterday. The portable thermal scanner was widely used in Taiwan when the island was ravaged by SARS. Fever was a major sympton shown by SARS patients.
