Kaohsiung will host the final leg of the Information Month four-city exhibition tour from Thursday until Tuesday at the Kaohsiung World Trade Center.
The Kaohsiung event is organized by the Kaohsiung Computer Association, with more than 300 information industry-related companies taking part in the trade fair.
The exhibition hall will be divided into nine areas, including a theme pavilion and a central government pavilion. Admission is free.
A full range of digital, electronic and computer products will be on display, including desktop and notebook computers, workstations, digital cameras, scanners, printers, monitors, computer peripherals, digital household appliances, software tools and video games.
Organizers said they expected the six-day exhibition will attract more than 500,000 visitors, similar to the attendance at last year's event.
The exhibition is the fourth and final leg of 2007 Information Month, which began with an expo at the World Trade Center in Taipei from Dec. 1 to Dec. 9.
It then moved to the Tiger City shopping center in Taichung from Dec. 14 to Dec. 19 and on Jan. 2 concluded a six-day run at the World Trade Center in Tainan.
