Chilly weather boosts Asian gas

Indian Oil Corp, the country's biggest refiner, plans to import 26,000 tonnes of butane for this month.

Saigon Petroleum Ltd, a Vietnamese state fuel importer, plans to buy 4,500 tonnes of LPG for delivery in four cargoes to Ho Chi Minh City in January. The Vietnamese government cut import duty for LPG to zero from 2 percent on Nov. 20.
