UK bankers face Enron fraud trial

EXTRADITION A British court ruled that three former NatWest bankers should stand trial in the US, despite their claims that their alleged crimes took place in the UK

THE GUARDIAN , LONDON

The US authorities have based their case on evidence that the three men gave to the Financial Services Authority.

The three are due to reappear at Bow Street on Tuesday for a bail hearing.
