The company was founded last year with technology support from Hitachi Semiconductor and the world's third-largest semiconductor company, Renesas Technology.
There still exist some obstacles to the popularity of the technology, the product manager said.
He said that customers' concerns about problems such as privacy and unity in standards have yet to be addressed.
