Chinese manufacturers muscling in on Scottish cashmere

The removal of the last quotas limiting the global textile industry at the end of the year will give Asian companies unfettered access to major Western markets

But some experts say it is only a matter of time before Chinese manufacturers develop the design and marketing skills needed to satisfy the top of the cashmere market as well.
