AmCham survey gives failing grades

BUSINESS CONFIDENCE Respondents to the group's annual poll were critical of bureaucrats and legislators and said their faith in the government is declining

AmCham has conducted the annual business-confidence survey since 1999. This year all 874 chamber members were polled by fax or e-mail, and 216 responses or 24.7 percent of the total, were received.
