Phone stocks drop as energy shares advance in Europe

Gallaher Group Plc, the maker of Silk Cut cigarettes, jumped 6.9 percent Friday, for an 11 percent gain this week, on speculation British American Tobacco Plc may want to acquire its smaller rival. British American Tobacco is the world's second- largest tobacco company.
