US investors seek benefits of Bush's dividend tax cuts

Patrick Dorsey, Morningstar's head of equity research, noted that some retirees might enjoy a windfall if taxes on their dividends were eliminated, but that younger shareholders who own stocks in taxable accounts could enjoy even bigger gains over the long run.
