"I believe the price in the next days will be declining to a real level, according to the fundamentals," Rodriguez said. "It all depends on the solution of this conflict."
Supplies next week may be threatened in Venezuela, where workers at the state oil company have walked out to protest the appointment of government supporters to the board. Venezuelan Vice-President Diosdado Cabello said the government won't negotiate with striking workers at state oil company Petroleos de Venezuela SA.
